Job Description:
Deck Teck is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager / Bookkeeper to join our growing team. In this role, you will oversee key office operations, including bookkeeping, customer communication and project scheduling. You will help support our team and enhance the experience of our valued customers.

What we’re looking for:
- Work in-office M-F (this is not a hybrid or WFH role)
- Be comfortable with client relations / customer service
- Be proficient in Quickbooks
What you’ll be doing:
–Financial:
- Manage accounts payable / receivable, and all other bookkeeping tasks (utilizing Quickbooks desktop).
- Assist with budgets and forecasting to track profitability.
- Submit payroll for processing by third-party payroll company.
–Admin / Secretary Operations:
- Serve as a first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service.
- Manage company project schedule, coordinate with customers and project manager about scheduling and rescheduling projects as needed.
- Oversee office supplies, facilities, and ensure a well-organized environment.
What you bring to the table:
- Prior experience or education in accounting / bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in Quickbooks and Microsoft Office suite.
- Good communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented demeanor.
- Strong work ethic and a drive to continuously learn and improve.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 – $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
